Our Story
Aaron and I met in Prison City, KS USA the weekend before St. Patty's Day 2006. He came back the weekend of St. Patty's Day to see me and we have been together ever since. He proposed on July 22, 2006. We went to dinner at Brios on the plaza in KC, and after dinner he asked me. Of course I said yes! He is the man of my dreams. He makes every day better than the last. I'm so thrilled to be planning our wedding!

Our Engagement Pictures
Planning
We are planning on having a traditional military wedding. I think the saber arch is going to be soooo cool!
Flowers
I would like to have very simple floral. (not really big on flowers) We're going to be using "Pool" Blue, "Green" Apple, and Ivory Gerberas accented with green Carnations.
My matron of honor's flowers will be similar to the picture above. She will have Green and Blue Gerberas tied with Gold ribbon. The Bridesmaids will have samething only one will have Blue and the other will have Green. Also, the Flower Girl will have 3 Ivory Gerberas tied with gold ribbon. The mothers will have 2 Gerberas tied with gold ribbon. Each mom will have a different color.
I love this bouquet! Mine will be like this except the hydranga will be Green Carnations with Blue and Ivory Gerberas tied with gold ribbon.
I love this centerpeice! I found bud vases at IKEA for cheap! So I bought 80. We have enough to do three Gerberas on each table with the simple greenery like in the picture.

Oh My god! We found these at Spencer's and just had to have them. They are going to be so funny!
Guestbook
I love to scrapbook and decided to make my own guestbook. I still haven't decided yet if it's too cheesey and I should use it for the bridal shower
Hair
Below are possible hair do's for our special day. I know i want my hair up and out of the way.
Bridesmaids Dresses
So I thought I had these all picked out till I went shopping with one of my friends getting married two weeks before me. She picked out the same one I did. So my MOH and I went shopping and picked out this one. I think it fits SOOO much better with how formal our wedding will be.
Flower Girl
Groom, Bestman, and Groomsman
Aaron will be in his dress mess uniform and the best man and groomsmen will be in their dress blues. I can't wait to see all of the guys all dressed up!
Ceremony
Our Ceremony will be held at the main post chapel. It is sooo pretty in person. Aaron likes it because it is a historical monument.
Pictures
Aaron and I have decided to see eachother before the wedding so we don't keep our guest waiting after the ceremony. We have decided to take "special" pictures of his first time seeing me. We are going to be taking these at the Outdoor Chapel on post.
My Jewelry
This necklace is so pretty! At first I thought it was going to be "too much" but I tried it with the dress and it looks great!!!! It really makes the dress!
